Privacy Policy

Placing an order asks for your name, phone number, delivery address and, if you choose bKash or Nagad, the payment details those apps need. That is all we ask for - there is no account to create and no profile beyond what an order itself needs.

We do not use tracking pixels, ad networks or third-party analytics that follow you elsewhere. Nothing here is sold to anyone.

Your order and profile details are stored in your own browser, on your own device, not in a central Qumash database - the site does not have accounts yet. Clearing your browser data removes it.

The one copy the shop itself keeps is whatever you send to place or fulfil an order: your delivery details, so the courier can find you, and your phone number, so we can reach you about that order.

WhatsApp is how Qumash is actually reached - for help, for tracking, and to send an invoice. Messages sent there are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms as well as ours; we use them only to help with your order.

You can ask us, on WhatsApp, what information we hold about an order and ask for it to be deleted once that order is complete. Because most of what exists lives in your own browser, clearing your site data does most of that yourself.
