What sizes do you carry?
S and M only for now, in small numbered runs. See our Size Guide for how to check what fits before you order.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery, bKash, or Nagad. Cash on delivery needs no advance - you pay the courier when your order arrives.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
A flat ৳60, free from ৳1,800. 1-2 business days inside Dhaka, 3-5 business days elsewhere - see our Delivery page.
Can I return or exchange something?
Yes, within 3 days of delivery for a wrong item, wrong size, or a fault - see Returns and Exchange for the steps, and our Refund Policy for the full terms.
Do you run sales or discounts?
No. One honest price, held all year, rather than a price that moves depending on the day.
Do I need an account to order?
No - an order only needs your name, phone number and delivery address. Signing in is a convenience for tracking past orders, not a requirement.
How do I get an invoice?
Every order's details are on its Order details page under My Orders, with a downloadable invoice.
How do I reach a real person?
WhatsApp - it is how Qumash is actually run day to day, not a fallback.
