Delivery
Charges.
A flat ৳60 on every order, waived once your order reaches ৳1,800 or more.
Timing.
1-2 business days inside Dhaka, 3-5 business days everywhere else in Bangladesh, once your order is confirmed and packed. These are courier estimates, not a guarantee - weather, strikes and remote addresses can add a day or two.
Tracking.
Once your order ships, you can follow it from My Orders on your account, or ask us directly on WhatsApp with your order number.
Payment on arrival.
Cash on delivery needs no advance - you pay the courier when the parcel is in your hands. bKash and Nagad orders are paid up front and confirmed manually.
A wrong or incomplete address.
Delivery details are used exactly as you enter them at checkout. If anything looks incomplete, we will message you on WhatsApp before handing your order to the courier rather than risk it going missing.
